Clockwork Angel, A Review: A Haiku

Just finished Angel

I have a lot of feelings

Confused by them all

I honestly don’t know how to talk about this book without giving anything away, so there’s my haiku about it.

I do have a couple of notes though: 1) I do see how the series is leaning towards focusing on the love story, but I’m still not mad about it. It had some massive twists that punched me in the face with shock, which is honestly what I want. 2) All of the characters are wonderfully developed and interesting. They all have different confusions about love, what it means, and how it works, and I honestly adoreĀ that about the story. 3) I’m jumping straight into the third one.
